The Team
Meet Brittany
Brittany’s passion for health and wellness began in her twenties when she turned to yoga following an injury. This initial interest deepened as she discovered Ayurveda, a holistic, whole-body system of medicine that originated in India over 3,000 years ago. Her commitment to learning led her to complete a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and a 600-hour Ayurvedic Counselor Training, shortly after a transformative trip to India. There, she immersed herself in the ancient traditions of Indian and Ayurvedic culture, returning with renewed clarity and purpose.
During her own pregnancy and postpartum experience, Brittany received nurturing support from an Ayurvedic doula friend who helped her navigate the early weeks of motherhood—a time that proved to be both vulnerable and profoundly transformative. Having someone provide daily care and nourishing meals enabled her to rest, recover, and feel more grounded than she had imagined possible. This deeply impactful experience inspired Brittany to support other women on their motherhood journey.
Brittany offers 1:1 Ayurvedic postpartum care with homemade meals, warm oil massages, and emotional support to help new moms heal and feel their best. She works closely with each person to create a plan that fits their needs and welcomes anyone interested in learning how Ayurveda can support their journey into motherhood.
Meet Zarah
Zarah is a dedicated Ayurvedic Practitioner with a deep-rooted passion for all things Vedic, holistic health and healing. She received her formal training at The Ayurveda Institute in New Mexico, studying under Dr. Vasant Lad. Her journey into the healing arts began years earlier at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she became a Certified Holistic Health Counselor, specializing in plant-based living and conscious nourishment. She later deepened her practice through yoga, earning her certification as a Hatha Dharma Yoga Teacher under Sri Dharma Mittra in New York City.
While her professional path has been rich and expansive—spanning over 17 years of working internationally with clients through Ayurvedic consultations, detox programs, retreats, yoga, and nutrition workshops—nothing has impacted her work more profoundly than becoming a mother. Motherhood awakened in Zarah a deeper understanding of the body’s innate wisdom and the sacred balance required to truly nourish oneself and others. It shifted her perspective from simply offering healing to embodying it in her daily life, infusing her practice with even more empathy, clarity, and devotion.
Currently, Zarah integrates her diverse background to offer personalized, accessible Ayurvedic care that meets people where they are—helping them cultivate resilience, vitality, and harmony in every stage of life.
