Mama Rest is a private ministry based in North County San Diego. We provide postpartum meals thoughtfully designed to nourish and support new mothers during the sacred early weeks after birth.

Grounded in the principles of Ayurveda, Mama Rest takes a holistic approach to postpartum care, honoring this period as a powerful time for healing, rejuvenation, and restoration.

We deliver freshly prepared, organic meals right to your doorstep, made to gently stimulate digestion, rebuild strength, and support deep, whole-body recovery.

Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that best fits your needs. Creating space for you to rest, restore, and focus on bonding with your baby - while we take care of the cooking.
